1.1. Camera Access (If granted by the user)
Used to capture photos for emoji creation or AI processing. Captured images are used only within the device unless processed through an AI API.
1.2. Photo Library Access (If granted by the user)
Used when selecting images from the device gallery. Selected images are used only for emoji creation or AI image generation.
1.3. Generated Images
Generated images are stored locally on the user’s device. Alyes Apps does not store these images on external servers.
1.4. Automatically Collected Technical Data
The app may collect anonymized data such as device model, OS version, crash logs, and usage statistics through Google Play Services or iOS system services. This data is non-identifiable.
1.5. Face Data and Biometric Information
Our app does not collect, store, analyze, or retain any face data or biometric identifiers. When you upload a photo that may include a face, the image is used only to generate AI-styled emojis or images. We do not perform face recognition, do not extract facial landmarks, and do not attempt to identify any person in the image. Uploaded photos are processed temporarily and are not retained by Alyes Apps after processing.

Alyes Apps does not sell user data or use it for advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Images remain stored on the user's device.
- If images are sent to an AI provider (e.g., OpenAI), they are processed temporarily for generation and are not retained by Alyes Apps after processing.
- We do not store or retain face data or biometric identifiers on our servers.
- We apply industry-standard security practices to protect user data.
